Local Area Agreement Indicators

To view the indicators for each LSP area, simply click on the relevant area on the map, or the area name in the box to the left of the page. This will take you to the relevant home page, which explains how each indicator can be accessed. If you want to view a summary of well-being data at ward level, click on the ‘area profiles’ link to the left of the page, or at the top of the page.

In order to gauge whether quality of life is getting better or worse in our area, a set of indicators has been developed. These indicators measure a range of things, including, road safety, crime, the cleanliness of our neighbourhoods, housing standards, the health and well-being of local people, the performance of the local economy, as well as residents’ views on whether their area is improving.

Together they paint a picture of what it is like to live in North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire. By monitoring these indicators over time, we can begin to measure the impact of our collective efforts to improve outcomes for local people, and identify those issues in need of urgent attention.

The outcome indicators were chosen carefully by local people and members of the two Local Strategic Partnerships, (LSPs). Most of them are based on existing data, which is routinely collected by local agencies. Some of these indicators are required by central government to help monitor progress towards national targets. Others have been agreed locally. Where data is not yet available, LSP partners have agreed to work together with Communities Count to help gather this information.
